Job summary

Food With Care is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adherence to food safety standards to back production and delivery schedules.

The position requires the ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with production, culinary, and delivery teams to maintain inventory integrity and safety

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Store products in designated areas following FIFO and food safety standards.
• Pick and pack orders accurately based on production and delivery schedules.
• Prepare shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading for delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
• Communicate with production, culinary, and delivery teams to support workflow and resolve issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, damages, or discrepancies.
• Assist with other warehouse or operational duties as assigned.
