Job Duties

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Valid Chauffeur's License with an acceptable driving record required.
• Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer deliveries is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Capable of loading and unloading products safely.
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and outdoor environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Labor you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

• Responsible for pulling, verifying, and staging customer orders for delivery and pickup while maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse.
• Operates forklifts and other material-handling equipment to safely move, load, and unload products.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes inventory to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Delivers parts and materials to customer locations using a company vehicle while maintaining a valid Chauffeur's License and following all applicable safety regulations.
• Maintains delivery documentation, obtains customer acknowledgments, and provides excellent customer service during deliveries and customer interactions.
• Ensures the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards while supporting daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
