Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and counting of raw materials (e.g., silicon steel sheets, copper wire, insulation materials, transformer oil), semi-finished products, finished goods, and auxiliary materials to ensure consistency among records, cards, and physical inventory. Communicate well with production, purchasing, and sales departments to ensure smooth material supply and finished goods shipment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and counting of raw materials (e.g., silicon steel sheets, copper wire, insulation materials, transformer oil), semi-finished products, finished goods, and auxiliary materials to ensure consistency among records, cards, and physical inventory.
- Strictly follow warehouse management procedures:
- Check quantity, specifications, and appearance of incoming materials.
- Process receiving documents.
- Issue materials against authorized requisitions.
- Plan and organize bin locations; classify, stack, and label materials properly to optimize space utilization and storage efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks (daily/monthly cycle count or year-end physical count), submit inventory reports, and highlight slow-moving or obsolete items in a timely manner.
- Maintain warehouse environment and safety: fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture protection, rust prevention, and deterioration prevention; pay special attention to hazardous materials like transformer oil.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee); accurately enter receiving and issuing data in a timely manner.
- Communicate well with production, purchasing, and sales departments to ensure smooth material supply and finished goods shipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school or above; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in a manufacturing enterprise; experience in electrical or machinery manufacturing industry is preferred.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); able to generate basic data statistics reports.
- Familiar with inventory modules of ERP systems.
- Good numerical sensitivity; basic financial reconciliation ability.
- Forklift license is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Diligent, detail-oriented, strong sense of discipline, good communication and coordination skills and service awareness; able to work overtime and perform moderate physical handling tasks when needed.
