Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to lead janitorial operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will oversee the budget, labor planning, safety programs, and inventory while ensuring compliance with policies and OSHA standards.

The role requires at least 4 years of supervisory experience in warehouses or building maintenance, OSHA 10 certification, and forklift certification, with strong communication for internal/external customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• OSHA 10 General Industry certification required.
• Forklift/Scissor Lift certification required or in scope of duties.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel and training.
• Ensure safety programs and PPE compliance; update incident reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with shifts to maintain coverage and schedules.
