Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Lead to oversee a fast-paced cleaning operation in a distribution/warehouse setting. You will lead a team, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate daily workloads to maintain clean and safe spaces across the site.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong safety awareness, and excellent customer service to support site operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Benefits and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments strongly preferred.
• 4+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team; respond to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support shift coverage by assigning or splitting shifts among team members and shift lead.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities with timely escalation reporting to KBS Management.
