Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Janitorial Lead to join our cleaning crew. You will lead a team in a fast-paced janitorial operation, coordinate with the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations to address escalations, and perform cleaning duties across rooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices.

Strong supervisory experience and OSHA safety knowledge are preferred. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• 4+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and chemical safety sheets.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Support Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams via timely escalations.
