The position offers benefits for full-time employees and utilizes the KBSPresence app for clock-in/out and attendance. Shifts include days/nights and weekends with starting pay of $12 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• KBSPresence app is used for timekeeping and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex janitorial operation environment.
• Respond to escalations efficiently to support maintenance operations.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas as needed.
• Follow the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage with the team and shift lead.
