This full-time role supports maintenance operations and requires leading a team in a fast-paced distribution center environment, ensuring safe, efficient janitorial tasks and timely responses to escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• 4+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read safety rules and chemical handling sheets.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines.
• Spanish language exposure may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations by responding to escalations promptly.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways and breakrooms as needed.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage, and escalate issues to KBS management as required.
• Ensure safety practices and compliance are followed throughout operations.
