Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Lead to supervise a fast-paced cleaning crew in our distribution center. You will lead daily janitorial operations, coordinate shift coverage, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with benefits for full-time employees. The role requires experience in janitorial or DC environments, OSHA awareness, and strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role in janitorial or DC environments.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions in English (Spanish as needed).
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and forklift safety.
• Customer-service oriented with positive demeanor.
• Experience using KBSPresence or similar timekeeping apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation.
• Support Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other areas.
• Coordinate callouts and shift coverage with the shift lead.
• Provide feedback and escalate issues per procedures.
