Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Material Handler to join our team in Mebane, NC. The role focuses on keeping facilities clean, organized, and safe, with forklift operation and waste disposal within the warehouse environment.

You will follow the schedule: Friday 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Saturday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and contribute to a welcoming workplace through consistent cleaning, restrooms upkeep, and adherence to health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Transport manufacturing waste via forklift within warehouse.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of windows, walls, and surfaces as needed.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the facility.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
