RiverTech, an Akima company, seeks an IT Software Analyst to manage IT assets and optimize warehouse software systems. You will support WMS, inventory tools, and IT infrastructure; collaborate with staff, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions. Lifting up to 30 pounds may be required.

You will maintain asset records, assist in software integration, provide end-user training, and ensure security controls and compliance across systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT support, software analysis, or asset management, preferably in warehousing/logistics.
• Familiarity with WMS (SAP, Manhattan, Oracle WMS) or inventory software.
• Proficiency with asset management tools (ServiceNow, Lansweeper).
• Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting; understanding networking and deployment.
• Secret clearance preferred; ITIL Foundation / CompTIA A+ or similar certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware, software licenses) and lifecycle.
• Support and optimize WMS, inventory software, and related tools; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to integrate new software solutions.
• Provide user training and create SOPs for IT processes.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies and access controls.
• Generate reports on asset utilization, system uptime, and performance.
