Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the CSB office warehouse. You will order supplies, receive and stock inventory, and ship items efficiently, using Oracle and Perpetual Inventory to document transactions.

You will maintain a safe, organized warehouse, reconcile physical and system inventory, replenish truck stock, and support installation teams with hardware for jobs. This role requires attention to detail and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• 3 years of material handling and inventory control experience.
• Experience with computerized perpetual inventory system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders for hardware and items for the CSB office and manage purchase orders to maintain inventory.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and secure warehouse and address compliance issues as needed.
• Use Perpetual Inventory to document transactions and reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
• Pull and issue hardware for installations and replenish truck stock for fleet vehicles.
• Open shipments, verify parts, unpack, and forward receipts to Accounts.
