Job summary

Iflyboise is seeking a Receiving/Stock Associate to support warehouse operations both on and off the airport site. The role involves receiving, stocking, pulling and packing, and coordinating with store management, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliant deliveries and inventory movement.

Candidates should have at least one year in warehouse retail or customer service, with a strong emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience.
• Must have strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Work with a consistent sense of urgency and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical duties required.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times.
• Provide best in class inventory control and distribution.
• Utilize company tools/resources in a secure manner.
• Maintain clean and safe stockroom/warehouse appearance.
• Perform receiving, cycle counts, returns, and transfers accurately.
• Complete required paperwork and process controls.
• Report stock discrepancies and IMT issues to management.
• Price stock and assist in store stocking as needed.
