Job summary

Wallis Co. seeks a Warehouse Assistant to manage lubricant inventory, receipts and shipments, and to support loading/unloading and repackaging of bulk products as needed. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely updates to shipping documents.

You will also help maintain KPI data, inventory levels, and orderly warehouse operations, with cross-training in bulk receiving to cover for the Quality Specialist when absent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ months of experience in a warehouse or related field.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well for effective communication with managers, clients, customers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipts and shipments of products and inventory accuracy.
• Load, unload, and repack bulk products when needed.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse; follow company protocols and KPI reporting.
