Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a warehouse administrator to manage transactional duties, ensure inventory accuracy, and support customer service. You will verify receiving, issuing, and shipping records, and maintain documentation in accordance with the Material Control Manual.

The role emphasizes cross-department communication, adherence to safety, and hands-on support for daily warehouse activities across shifts. Proactive problem solving and strong Office suite skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Proficient with e-mail and Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Check source documents to ensure accuracy of receiving, issuing and shipping transactions.
• Follow SOPs in the Material Control Manual and maintain all required files and records.
• Communicate effectively with divisional headquarters and internal/external customers.
• Assist warehouse staff with daily tasks and support manufacturing and other departments.
• Train, coordinate and support shifts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Adhere to safety practices and assist with lifting up to 35 lbs as needed.
