Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Transactions Associate to manage all warehouse intake, issuance, and shipping activities, ensuring month-end and quarter-end processes and inventory accuracy. You will check source documents and maintain records per the Material Control Manual, while collaborating across departments to serve customers.

The role requires strong communication, proficient use of SAP and Excel, and the ability to support daily warehouse operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all transactional duties in warehouse, incl. month-end and quarter-end obligations and inventory accuracy.
• Check source documents to assure inventory transactions are accurate for receiving, issuing and shipping.
• Ensure warehouse line transactions follow SOPs in the Material Control Manual.
• Maintain all files and records required in the Material Control Manual.
• Assist warehouse employees with daily activities and support cross-functional teams.
• Promote safety and address safety issues in the warehouse.
• Inventory leadership to achieve 100% accuracy and correct mistakes.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service and external vendors as needed.
