Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Must have forklift/material handling equipment experience and a valid driver’s license.
• Basic math, computer skills, and ability to understand and carry out written instructions.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory controls and ability to read product numbers.
• ISO/quality systems exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
• Identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Perform stock inventory for cycle counts and periodic reconciliation.
• Pull orders and transfers with 100% accuracy.
• Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment; update the computer system.
• Stretch wrap and secure products on pallets; use RF equipment for updates.
• Operate standard warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach lifts, and pallet jacks.
• Answer warehouse phones and obtain necessary details for customer service.
• Load and unload products; maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; comply with all regulations.
