Job summary

WeLink Communications, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to oversee ordering, cycle counting, labeling, receiving and distribution of tools and supplies. You will work with Field Operations to maintain proper inventory levels and readiness for deployment, using NetSuite, FedEx Ship Manager, Slack, Excel and Google Sheets.

Physical work is required—lifting up to 75 lbs and forklift operation. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, data entry

Qualifications

Inventory accuracy and data entry experience required.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) preferred.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate a forklift when needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain high inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
Manage inbound/outbound freight and labeling/receiving tasks.
Use NetSuite, Excel and Google Sheets to record transactions.
Collaborate with Field Operations to ensure readiness for deployment.
