Job summary

Armstrong International is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support efficient warehouse operations in Michigan. You will handle receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, aiming for accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include using WMS to track items, operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, performing routine inspections, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace. You will work in a team, follow safety protocols, and participate in training as required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Store materials in designated areas per standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or related tools to track inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
• Participate in required safety training sessions and support periodic safety inspections.
• Willingness to learn or train in the position.
• Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
• Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above.
