Armstrong International is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Three Rivers, Michigan to support receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and precise inventory handling.

You will use WMS tools to track inventory, operate forklifts, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. A one-year warehouse experience is preferred, with benefits starting on date of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Store materials in designated areas according to organizational standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or related tools to track inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
• Participate in required safety training sessions and support periodic safety inspections.
• Willingness to learn or train in the position.
• Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
