Job summary

UPL is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Kingstree, SC to handle receiving, stocking, order picking and inventory auditing. You will work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics and customer service to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse environment, 2 years operating powered industrial trucks, and SAP experience. A high school diploma or GED is required; associate/bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
• Working knowledge of SAP for inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft software (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to shift between priorities and work overtime as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Stock inventory in correct locations using scanners.
• Pick customer orders accurately and stage for shipping.
• Perform routine cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain inventory accountability and documentation accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders at the bonded warehouse.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure policy adherence.
• Support Kingstree manufacturing and/or logistics activities during peak season.
