Socket Fiber is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our on-site warehouse in Columbia, Missouri. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, organize materials, and prepare orders for pickup or shipment while supporting a safe, clean work environment.

You will work both indoors and outdoors, handling pallet jacks and rolling carts in varying conditions. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and physical stamina to meet daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack, dolly, and wheeled cart.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and distribute incoming materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and documentation.
• Prepare outgoing materials for pickup or shipment.
• Inspect inventory for defects and organize storage.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe; operate pallet jacks and carts.
