• Records, reports, and returns defective items.
• Packages orders and prepares for shipment according to policy.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
• Inventory control including cycle counts and reporting discrepancies to leadership.
• Follow all Loss Prevention company policies.
