Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials within our Memphis facility. You will support manufacturing by maintaining inventory accuracy, processing transactions in ERP systems, and using RF scanners and material handling equipment to enable smooth warehouse and production flows.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming goods, performing cycle counts, and maintaining organized records while adhering to safety and 5S

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory management and transactions.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions and perform basic math.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
• Process inventory transactions using ERP systems and RF scanning.
• Read and interpret orders, work orders, and shipping documents.
• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare materials for shipment per schedule.
• Move materials between receiving, warehouse, stockroom, and production areas.
• Store materials in designated locations with inventory control.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, lot information, and documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform inventory transfers and movements in the ERP system.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and location maintenance.
• Label and organize materials and finished goods per standards.
• Load/unload trucks and assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records; follow 5S standards.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies.
