Job summary

Byrna Technologies Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fort Wayne, IN to move materials safely and efficiently through the warehouse. You will pick, receive, stock, and inventory while supporting production needs.

Responsibilities include use of RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or RF scanning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow standard processes and safety requirements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, or picking experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanning technology preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage materials/work orders accurately using warehouse scanning systems.
• Unload, receive, and process incoming shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Verify incoming materials against packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Stock and replenish inventory in assigned locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow warehouse processes.
• Assist with cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support material flow between receiving, storage, picking, staging, and production areas.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Communicate priorities, shortages, and issues to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with training new warehouse employees as needed.
