Job summary

Byrna Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Fort Wayne, IN. The role supports safe, accurate, and efficient material movement, performing picking, receiving, stocking, inventory, and general warehouse duties to support daily operations and production needs.

The candidate will use RF scanning systems, operate forklifts or pallet jacks, verify shipments, maintain records, and assist with cycle counts and training of new staff. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, receiving, or picking preferred.
• Experience with RF scanning technology preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage materials accurately using warehouse scanning systems.
• Unload, receive, and process shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Verify incoming materials against packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Stock and replenish inventory in assigned locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow warehouse processes.
• Assist with cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support material flow between receiving, storage, picking, staging, and production areas.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Communicate priorities and issues to the team.
