Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services is seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Receiving Clerk in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role focuses on inventory control, receiving, and ERP system usage to keep real-time records.

You will operate NetSuite ERP and RF-Smart scanners, perform cycle counts, verify shipments, and collaborate with production, procurement, quality, and shipping teams. Typical schedule applies with pay of $18–$20 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have never had felony.
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse, inventory control, or receiving experience.
• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar).
• Experience with RF scanning systems or warehouse technology preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and deliver materials to support production based on Work Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and assist with physical inventory.
• Monitor and report inventory discrepancies or shortages.
• Organize and maintain proper storage and bin locations within the warehouse.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed.
• Accurately enter received goods into the ERP system and store in designated locations.
• Operate NetSuite ERP and RF-Smart scanning systems to process inventory transactions.
• Scan and track inventory movements, ensuring real-time accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and receiving area.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, quality, and shipping teams as needed.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 6am-5pm or Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Pay

$18-$20/hour based on experience
