Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Material Handler at our Richland, WA facility to check, record and stock materials moved on and off site. You will fill customer orders for shipment, verify quantities, and maintain accuracy and safety across all processes.

As part of the team you will work with various material handling equipment, lift up to 40 lbs, and adapt to cold and dry storage environments. We value reliability, safety, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in Lineage Logistics’ language.
• Basic computer skills may be required.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in storage areas.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs/18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Check and record materials transported to and from the site.
• Stock received items and fill customer orders for shipment.
• Verify quantity and type of material on deliveries.
• Write tickets with quantity, material, truck number, location, and time.
• Report amounts moved and any damages to inventory control.
• Weigh or count items for distribution and ensure standards.
• Process inbound/outbound orders safely and accurately.
• Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly by others.
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment.
