Job summary

Sunrun's Operations team is seeking a Warehouse Specialist who ensures materials are stored safely and accurately, then deployed to installers.

Responsibilities include maintaining an organized warehouse layout, operating a forklift, processing receipts and issues in Oracle ERP, and driving daily cycle counts to safeguard inventory accuracy. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• WMS experience, Oracle experience preferred.
• Bonus points for forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, standard warehouse layout and manage all material movement.
• Operate a forklift to unload shipments, process receipts, and put away material to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform transactions in Oracle ERP to account for material movement.
• Drive inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Maintain auditable records in shipping and receiving of warehouse materials.
• Collaborate with planning to provide stocking feedback.
• Pull and stage job kits ahead of installs and manage will-call materials.
• Support field teams for quick morning mobilization.
• Partner with service to process returns to vendors.
