Job summary

ChargeTronix in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead daily operations, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and own continuous process improvements on the warehouse floor.

You will supervise receiving, shipping, inventory control, and documentation while collaborating with Procurement, Project Management, Service, and Operations to keep materials available for projects and field operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse management or related field.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations ensuring organization, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee shipping/receiving including inspection, staging, labeling, packing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle and physical counts.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Project Management and Service teams.
• Maintain warehouse layout, labeling, and material identification.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
