Job summary

Aramark in Charlotte is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee Market Center product inventory, purchasing, receiving, and warehouse processes. The role ensures efficient operations, accurate data, and regulatory compliance while supporting internal and external customer needs.

You will lead the warehouse team, coach staff, manage key metrics, and drive safe, timely service to clients, with a focus on cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in warehouse or related operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. unassisted.
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Achieves financial objectives by participating in budget processes and improving metrics.
• Procures products by scheduling purchases and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintains accurate par levels and product master data in the warehouse system.
• Implements FIFO and ensures temperature controls for product safety.
• Monitors inventory through weekly counts and resolves variances with Finance.
• Leads warehouse staff and fosters safety leadership and service excellence.
