Job summary

Seatrium Offshore Technology USA, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store and issue parts, materials and PO’s with 100% inventory accuracy.

The role loads, unloads and moves items near plant and yard areas, using forklifts and pallet jacks as needed, while maintaining traceable records in ERP systems. Responsibilities include inspecting received goods, updating locations, preparing shipments, and communicating discrepancies to the manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5 years in warehouse operations.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers.
• Solid data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Experience with shipping procedures and vendor practices.
• Forklift operation and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue parts and materials.
• Inspect and sort cargo, attach tags, and verify inventories.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and equipment.
• Update ERP inventory locations and ensure traceability.
• Prepare product for shipment and resolve movement issues.
• Document actions and maintain logs and records.
• Monitor counts and communicate discrepancies for approvals.
