Job summary

ChargeTronix in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to run day-to-day warehouse operations, maintain accurate, organized, and efficient inventory management, and own processes and improvements.

You will oversee receiving, shipping, inventory records, cycle counts, and documentation, and collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Project Management, and Service to ensure materials are available for projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using inventory management systems, ERP/WMS software, or similar tools.
• Experience performing cycle counts, physical counts, and reconciliations.
• Freight carriers, vendors, and 3PL experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations to keep the facility organized, safe, and efficient.
• Oversee shipping/receiving activities and material preparation for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and movements.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or excesses.
• Organize warehouse layout with proper labeling and storage.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Project Management, and Service teams.
• Prepare materials for installation, service, and other needs.
• Maintain shipping/receiving/inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage warehousing equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and improve processes for efficiency and accountability.
• Track and report inventory levels and activities to management.
• Drive continuous improvement in organization and space utilization.
• Support cross-functional issue resolution on shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Provide direction to warehouse personnel as operations grow.
