Job summary

Apscareerportal is seeking a warehouse associate to support inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations in a fast-paced environment. You will record serial numbers, tag items, restock, and ensure accurate kit assembly and documentation.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, maintaining an organized warehouse, performing cycle counts, and updating BOM and backorder statuses. The role requires self-sufficiency and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Record serial numbers on work orders and serial log for engines, trolling motors, and depth finders.
• Locate, tag, and deliver engines to the finish department.
• Restock shelves and monitor locations; track items on the shop floor.
• Stock, organize, and rotate paint racks.
• Packages and shipments: sort, verify, and document shortages or damages.
• Verify unloaded items against shipping documents.
• Build and audit kits for correct parts and quantities.
• Update shipping board and deliver kits to the floor.
• Read and track tracker/ship/production schedules.
• Notify lead/purchasing of low inventory items.
• Perform cycle counts and backorder status updates.
• Audit BOM changes and root cause analyses.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and manage pallets and trash.
