Job summary

One Workplace is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Seattle area to support inventory control and installation of office furniture at client sites. The role requires cycle counting, RF scanning, and the use of laptops and smartphones to log activities.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in related fields, comfort with ERP/SAP, and a willingness to learn forklift operations. Day shift, Mon–Fri, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, on site in South Seattle.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory, asset management, manufacturing, or moving/storage.
• Use of RF Scanners.
• ERP/SAP software experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.
• Willing to learn forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory disposition.
• Utilize warehouse technologies like barcodes and Snaptracker.
• Disassemble/assemble systems furniture as needed.
• Operate a variety of warehouse machinery
• Support daily inventory control and accuracy.
