Job summary

Nordex in West Branch, IA is seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure parts and materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed to production lines. You will verify deliveries, stage items per plan, and support timely shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ≥1 year in warehousing preferred; manufacturing background advantageous.
• Able to lift and move heavy materials and operate safely in a dock/warehouse environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) and CMMS; strong MS Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: accept deliveries, unpack, verify against purchase orders, and position materials.
• Production enablement: stage and supply materials to assembly workstations per production schedule.
• Outbound: prepare and load shipments with accurate counts and proper handling.
• Data integrity: record receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and shipments in SAP/ERP promptly.
• Inventory control: perform cycle counts, full counts, and address variances.
• Maintain dock/warehouse housekeeping; coordinate waste disposal or recycling.
