Job summary

Reeder Distributors, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, and staging products to fulfill customer orders.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, ability to read packing slips, and a willingness to learn inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Ability to read and understand packing slips and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, and stage orders.
• Receive incoming products and materials and verify quantities against applicable receiving documentation.
• Inspect, label, organize, and properly store incoming inventory.
• Accurately complete assigned inventory receipts, transfers, repacks, and other inventory transactions within the applicable system.
• Pull and stage equipment, parts, products, and other materials for customer orders, service work, installations, projects, and warehouse replenishment.
• Assist with transfers of inventory between warehouse locations, service vehicles, or other Company locations as directed.
• Assist with tracking incoming and outgoing products and materials as required.
• Maintain organized inventory locations to support accurate and efficient product retrieval.
• Maintain applicable warehouse logs and documentation.
• Maintain loading zones, aisles, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when properly trained and authorized.
• Follow all Company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Perform other warehouse, inventory, and operational duties as assigned.
