Job summary

NCCO Brand Fulfillment in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Warehouse Replenishment Associate to ensure accurate, timely, and safe handling of inventory. You will receive, stock, replenish, and load products using a forklift, with attention to safety, counts, and documentation.

Responsibilities include operating packing and material movement equipment, communicating across the fulfillment process, meeting productivity goals, and supporting management with assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate forklift and reach heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong reading comprehension and written communication in English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Warehouse Replenishment Associate is responsible for the accurate, timely and safe handling of incoming and outgoing inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock and replenish inventory utilizing a forklift for preparation of order fulfillment
• Load incoming/outgoing product utilizing a forklift but may include lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Verify receiving/shipping documents and accurate product counts
• Operate packaging and material movement equipment such as forklift and shrink wrap machine
• Must have the ability to operate forklift equipment reaching heights of up to 30 feet
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate throughout the order fulfillment process
• Capable of working overtime as needed
• Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed
• Work efficiently to attain goals
• Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management
