Job summary

The Perfection Truck Parts & Equipment is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to perform warehousing activities, inventory control, and recordkeeping at our Oklahoma City location. Responsibilities include checking in shipments, stocking, packing lists, and dispatching parts to customers.

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3 months’ related experience, and forklift certification within 90 days. A valid driver license and ability to learn company software are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be trained and certified in using Forklift equipment; certification within 90 days.
• Driver license required with a driving record meeting insurer's guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors.
• Put away all incoming stock in the appropriate bin location and ensure all stock is labeled with a barcode bin label.
• Check in all incoming inter-branch shipments from all branches.
• Update incoming stock and packing slips in computer and generate picking lists and reports as needed.
• Pull customer orders as indicated on the picking list and prepare for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain all parts in “will call” and ensure paperwork is with the parts.
• Maintain all junk core inventory.
• Dispatch parts to addresses on invoices or purchase orders.
• Process and maintain returns by pulling parts from stock.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts.
