Job summary

Perfection Truck Parts & Equipment in Oklahoma City is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage warehousing tasks, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

The role requires basic schooling, forklift certification within 90 days, a valid driver license, and computer literacy to process stock and shipping paperwork. You will check in shipments, label inventory, pick customer orders, and assist drivers as needed in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 months' related experience or training.
• Forklift equipment training and certification within 90 days.
• Must possess a valid driver license and be willing to drive if required.

Responsibilities

• Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors.
• Put away incoming stock in proper bins with barcode labeling.
• Check in inter-branch shipments and update packing slips.
• Generate picking lists and reports as needed.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will call, packaging, or delivery.
• Maintain 'will call' stock and related paperwork.
• Maintain all junk core inventory.
• Dispatch parts drivers to addresses per sales orders.
• Process and maintain returns from stock.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts.
• Deliver parts to customers if drivers are unavailable.
