Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years warehouse experience (implied) and strong organizational skills recommended.
• Valid Driver’s License required for driving district vehicles or trailers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and distribute warehouse stock including equipment, supplies and materials.
• Load and unload trucks and fill orders for transport.
• Maintain manual and electronic records (packing lists, PO, asset records, logs).
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) to move heavy items safely.
• Conduct physical inventories and report discrepancies or losses.
• Prepare orders by pulling stock to meet delivery requirements.
• Respond to staff/vendor inquiries regarding invoices, status of deliveries, and shipments.
