Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry associate for our Charlotte facility. The role coordinates inbound/outbound shipments, verifies inventory accuracy, and supports efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include data entry in WMS/TMS, cycle counts, labeling, quality checks, and collaboration with teams to ensure safety and accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years data entry and inventory quality management in a warehouse.
• Experience with WMS/TMS or similar inventory/logistics software.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Enter inbound/outbound freight in WMS/TMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, receiving records.
• Print and apply labels for packages.
• Assist with 5S and warehouse operations.
• Deliver parcels and LTL to inbound/outbound lanes.
• Manage international IB/OB freight.
• Perform inbound/outbound quality checks for accuracy and labeling.
• Audit inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse transactions.
• Identify OS&D and report inconsistencies.
• Support continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Receive and process parcel inbound inventory.
• Communicate with stakeholders via email/phone.
• Operate PIT equipment if certified.
• Split time between office and warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures; move and lift up to 15 lb.
