Job Overview

Wright Brothers Inc is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our field teams and ensure materials and equipment are ready when needed. In this role, you'll help manage our warehouse operations and inventory systems. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but we're happy to train someone motivated and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep track of inventory using digital tools
• Count and check inventory regularly
• Label and store materials in an organized way
• Receive and inspect deliveries
• Prepare materials for job sites and handle returns
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Load and unload trucks (training provided if needed)
• Help stage equipment for field teams
• Follow safety rules and company procedures
• Work closely with project managers and buyers
• Help improve warehouse processes when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Skills:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and do physical work
• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
• 1+ year of warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Experience in HVAC or construction industry is a plus
• Willingness to learn our processes and systems
• Certifications:
