Job Details
- Solve inventory discrepancies during normal warehousing operations to ensure efficient workflow and communicate with leadership.
- Perform cycle counts, work orders, and other inventory checks to answer customer inquiries.
- Update or enter inventory records in the system to correct discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison for warehouse-related needs during audits or customer visits.
- Perform customer hold procedures including labeling, relocating, and daily cycle count checks.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and take corrective actions using hold reports, lot audit reports, and aging reports.
- Prepare inventory reports for customers and facility needs.
- Operate equipment at heights requiring fall protection.
- Recover pallets improperly seated on racks.
- Assist in escalated or critical situations.
- Participate in physical inventories.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to relevant departments.
- Perform Warehouse Associate duties as needed.

What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Forklift and inventory experience preferred.
- Problem-solving skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
- Ability to work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Ability to operate scanners, tablets, radios, and warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
