Job summary

Asset LifeCycle in Topeka, KS is hiring Inventory Control 1 to join our growing team. This role will help you grow in both warehouse material handling and digital inventory control, with cross-training across the two areas.

Enjoy a Monday–Friday day shift from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm CST, no weekends, with health and retirement benefits and PTO. You’ll contribute to a safe, organized, team-focused environment while meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary training and/or 2+ years of experience with inventory, online sales, or databases.
• Experience with Excel or other databases/inventory control software.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety-conscious mindset at all times.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Business: Build familiarity with ALC's internal processes, product categories, and operational workflows.
• Handle the Warehouse Side: Receive, sort, organize, and move inventory within the warehouse, managing space and moving product appropriately.
• Manage the Digital Side: Support our large digital inventory catalog, and pull, pick, and verify the accuracy of online orders.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe working environment.
• Be a Team Player: Hit your quota/goal targets and take on other job-related duties as assigned.
