Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Tarboro, NC is hiring Cycle Counters to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to build a lasting career in supply chain.

Positions include 1st and 2nd shift with pay of $20.50 per hour and an additional $1.00 per hour on the 2nd shift. On-the-job training is provided and safety is our priority.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more warehouse experience.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
• Recognize and read location, date and product codes.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Provide floor support to supervisors and hourly associates on inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMP practices with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
