Silvus Technologies, now part of Motorola Solutions, operates a warehouse in Culver City and seeks a Warehouse Inventory Clerk-I to manage daily warehouse activities. The role involves data entry, inventory control, and coordinating with buyers and production for material issuance. On-site work, daytime shifts, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. U.S.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components (PCB assemblies, accessories).
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. Person due to clients under U.S. federal contracts; background check and drug test required.

Mansioni

• Verify information on packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
• Collaborate with the buyers to address and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Update and manage incoming and outgoing inspection logs; oversee inventory in inspection area.
• Coordinate with buyers and production supervisor to issue materials and kits for production build requirements.
• Retrieve accessories for sales orders, facilitate returns to suppliers, and manage outside processes.
• Record all inventory transactions promptly and accurately in the system.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory counts.
• Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment with clear bin labeling and FIFO practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
