It's more than a job

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. You will contribute to the success of your team and the daily operations in the warehouse and distribution centers, such as storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores.

Reporting to a Supervisor, you will monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and lead physical inventories. The pay rate is $22.50 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential.

Available shift schedules for the 2nd Shift include:

• Thursday – Monday: 4:00 pm - 12:30 am
• Friday – Tuesday: 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Key responsibilities include:

• Reconciling inventory and coordinating procedures
• Auditing returns and relocating returned products
• Processing documentation for credit transactions
• Performing weekly cycle counts and system adjustments
• Maintaining accurate records for shortage detection
• Inspecting and correcting inventory diagnostics
• Following health and safety policies in line with OSHA regulations
• Working overtime and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of inventory experience
• 1+ years operating an order picker forklift
• 1+ years with Microsoft Excel, maintaining complex spreadsheets
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
