It's more than a job

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. You will contribute to the success of your team and the daily operations in the warehouse and distribution centers, such as storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores. Our work truly contributes to more than we imagine.

You will report to a Supervisor and use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to coordinate with receivers, supply paperwork, and generate reports for all shipping and receiving activities. The shift is Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, with weekly pay at $22.00/hour plus a $0.50 shift differential.

How you create impact

• Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS)
• Maintain records of all shipments
• Ensure accuracy, prepare pick lists, packing lists, and POD (Point of Delivery) recovery for inbound or outbound activities
• Communicate with carriers, customers, operations, and management
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, phone calls, radio use, and data entry
• Verify and receive products into inventory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order entry systems
• WMS and customer service experience
