Position Description
Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Control Clerk Associate in Burnsville, Minnesota.
Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $19.50 per hour
- Overtime Pay: $29.25 per hour
- Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

Work Environment and Product Handling
- Products: Aerospace Parts
- Equipment: Manual Pallet Jacks, computer software
- Work with state-of-the-art equipment in a safe environment
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift operation experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred
- Equipment certification may be required depending on location
- Ability to read location, date, and product codes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible, self-driven, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Audit inbound and outbound shipments
- Participate in physical inventories as needed
- Support operations and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain safety and GMP standards
- Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
- Perform other duties as assigned
